During our recent family vacation to Ajax, we appreciated some convenient amenities that cater to families like ours. The hotel's location is prime, with shopping centers nearby, making it easy to gather necessities and souvenirs. We enjoyed a shared balcony on the second floor, where evenings were spent chatting over a lovely view. I must note that the promised amenities fell short. While we had a cozy living area well-suited for our three children, the small TV left much to be desired. the fan present was insufficient in the warm weather, leading to an uncomfortable experience. The staff had limited English capabilities, which made communication challenging at times. Despite these drawbacks, we made the best of our visit. We relished engaging in activities like horse-drawn carriage rides and exploring local sights, which kept us entertained. Ajax provided a reasonable base for our family journey, but improvements in hospitality and room amenities would truly elevate the experience.
